Kiwi Yogurt

Ingredients

300g plain yogurt, 150g kiwi, sugar or honey

  1. Cut the kiwi into pieces and mix with the plain yogurt and sugar/honey.
  2. Add some ice. Cool and delicious kiwi yogurt is ready to serve.

Yogurt Beef Ball

Ingredients

minced beef: 600g, yogurt: 240ml, onion: 1, cooking oil: 3 tablespoons, garlic: 2 cloves, black pepper, salt

  1. Chop the garlic into small pieces.
  2. Cut the onion into pieces. Output aside one spoonful of onion and mix the rest with the minced beef.
  3. Add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper into the above mixture and mix well by hand. Knead the mixture into balls.
  4. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan and add the beef balls into the oil over slow heat. Cover the frying pan and fry for 5 minutes and turn over the balls for another 5 minutes. Repeat until the balls are fully cooked.
  5. Mix the yogurt with salt, garlic pieces, onion pieces and black pepper to make yogurt salad.
  6. Place the beef balls on a plate and top with the yogurt salad. The yogurt beef ball is ready to serve.

Apple Compote Yogurt

Ingredients

300g plain yogurt, 150g apple compote, sugar or honey

Grape Yogurt

Ingredients

300g plain yogurt, 150g grape, sugar or honey

Walnut a and Vegetable Yogurt Salad

Ingredients

canned pineapple: 500g, pear: 1, kiwi: 2, grape: appropriate amount, celery: 120g, chopped walnut: 120g, mayonnaise: 120ml, yogurt: 300g, lemon juice: 1 tablespoon, sugar or honey: 2 tablespoons

  1. Peel the pear and kiwi and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Cut the pineapples, grapes and celery into pieces.
  3. Mix all the fruit, celery and walnut grains in a big bowl.
  4. Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sugar in a small bowl to make yogurt salad sauce.
  5. Add the fruit mixture with the yogurt salad sauce and mix well. Place into the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours and the delicious salad is ready to serve.
