Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients

Strawberries: 450g, Water: 80ml, Lemon Juice: 10ml, Sugar: 10g

  1. Place the sugar and water in a small pan over low heat, and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved (about 3-5 minutes).
  2. Boil the mixture for 1 minute, then remove from heat. Pour the sugar syrup into a heat-proof container, and place in the refrigerator until completely chilled (about an hour).
  3. Puree the berries in the food processor, transfer to a large bowl, add the lemon juice and liqueur (if desired), and place in the refrigerator until chilled.
  4. Combine the sugar syrup with the pureed strawberries and mix them well. Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker and follow the instruction manual for procedures following.

Apple Yogurt Ice Cream

Ingredients

Whipped Cream: 120g, Apple Juice: 60ml, Yogurt: 100ml

  1. Whip the cream fully, mix in the apple juice and yogurt, and stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Place the mixture into the ice cream maker and follow the instruction manual for the procedures following.

Yogurt/Milk Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

Milk or Yogurt: 150ml, Whipped Cream: 150ml, Egg Yolk: 2, Milk Chocolate chips: 40g, Cocoa powder: 40g

  1. Heat the milk till it is nearly boiling. (If using yogurt, no heating is needed)
  2. Mix the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and stir the mixture well. Add the milk/yogurt into the mixture slowly with stirring.
  3. Stir the mixture constantly over low heat till the mixture becomes thick enough to coat a metal spoon. Then cool the mixture.
  4. Mix the whipped cream, milk chocolate chips and cocoa powder with the above mixture.
  5. Place them into the ice cream maker. Follow the instruction manual for the procedures following.

Almond Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

Whipped Cream: 150g, Strawberry: 150g, Sugar: 10g, Milk or Yogurt: 150ml, Almond Grain: 10g, Mint Leave: 1

  1. Heat the milk till it is about boiled. (If using yogurt, no heating is needed)
  2. Mix the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and stir the mixture evenly. Add the milk/yogurt into the mixture slowly with stirring.
  3. Stir the mixture constantly over low heat till the mixture becomes thick enough to coat a metal spoon. Then cool down the mixture.
  4. De-Stalk, wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces, and add into the mixture.
  5. Add the almond grain on top of the above mixture and following the instruction manual for the procedures following.
  6. Remove the ice cream from the maker when done and decorate with mint leaves.

Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

Strawberry: 100g, Yogurt: 150ml, Egg Yolk: 2, Whipped Cream: 150g, Sugar: 50g

  1. De-stalk and wash the strawberries. Make them into pulp with pulp maker.
  2. Mix the egg yolks with sugar and stir well. Add the mixture to yogurt, whipped cream and strawberry juice. Stir constantly till the mixture thickens.
  3. Place the mixture into the ice cream maker. Follow the instruction manual for the procedures following .

Coffee Yogurt Milk Ice Cream

Ingredients

Coffee Powder: 50g, Egg Yolk: 2, Sugar: 20g, Milk/Yogurt: 150g, Whipped Cream: 150g

  1. Dissolve the coffee powder with a little hot water, add sugar and stir constantly until the mixture cools down.
  2. Heat the milk till about boiled. (If using yogurt, no heating is needed)
  3. Mix the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and stir the mixture evenly. Add the milk/yogurt into the mixture slowly with stirring.
  4. Stir the mixture constantly over low heat till the mixture becomes thick enough to coat a metal spoon. Then cool down the mixture.
  5. Stir whipped cream with above mixture well with coffee syrup on top. Place the mixture into the ice cream maker. Follow the instruction manual for the following procedures.

Rum and Raisin Ice Cream

Ingredients

Raisin: 50g, Dark Rum: 50ml, Egg Yolk: 2, Milk/Yogurt: 150g, Whipped Cream: 150g, Brown Sugar: 50g

  1. Immerse the raisins in the rum overnight.
  2. Heat the milk till about boiled. (If using yogurt, no heating is needed)
  3. Mix the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and stir the mixture evenly. Add the milk/yogurt into the mixture slowly with stirring.
  4. Stir the mixture constantly over low heat till the mixture becomes thick enough to coat a metal spoon. Then cool down the mixture.
  5. Mix the whipped cream and red sugar with above mixture. Add the raisins and rum and place the mixture into the ice cream maker. Follow the instruction manual for the following procedures.

Vanilla Gelato

Ingredients

Whipped cream: 250ml, Egg Yolk: 4, Sugar: 50g, Full Cream Milk: 500ml, Vanilla Extract: 10ml

  1. Mix and beat the egg yolks and sugar until thick, add the mixture into milk and transfer them to a saucepan.
  2. Heat gently with continuously stirring until the custard thickens.
  3. Do not bring the mixture to the boil or it will curdle. Remove the saucepan from heat once you see a film form over the back of a spoon.
  4. Cool the mixture and stir in the whipped cream and vanilla extract. Transfer the mixture to ice cream maker and follow the instruction manual for following instructions.
