Egg Custard Recipies  with Yoei™ Egg Boiler


Pickles Custard

Ingredients

1-2 eggs, 1 cup of water, pickles, scallions, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil

  1. Mix the eggs well and pour them into the stainless steel bowl. Add water and mix well. Sprinkle the pickles into the egg mixture.
  2. Place the stainless steel bowl into the egg boiler.
  3. Add appropriate amount of water onto the heating plate, cover with the top cover, plug in the power supply and turn the egg boiler on.
  4. The boiler will automatically power off and the indicator light will turn off after the water on the heating plate is dried up.
  5. Add the soy sauce, salt in the steamed custard and put scallions sesame oil, etc on top of the custard.

Creamy Ribs Egg Custard

Ingredients

1-2 eggs, 1 cup of water, small pork ribs, scallions, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil

  1. Mix eggs well and pour them into the stainless steel bowl, add water and mix well.
  2. Place the stainless bowl back to the egg boiler and add in the cooked small ribs
  3. Add appropriate amount of water onto the heating plate, cover with the top cover, plug in the power supply and turn the egg boiler on
  4. The boiler will automatically power off and the indicator light will turn off after the water on the heating plate is dried up.
  5. Add the soy sauce, salt in the steamed custard and put scallions, sesame oil, etc on top of the custard.

Shrimp Steamed Egg Custard

Ingredients

1-2 eggs, 1 cup of water, 5 cooked shrimps, fried green beans, scallions, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil

  2. Place the stainless steel bowl back to the egg boiler and add in the shrimps (cook the shrimps first until red). Then add the fried green beans.

  5. Add the soy sauce, salt in the steamed custard and put scallions, sesame oil, etc on top of the custard.

Traditional Steamed Egg Custard

Ingredients

1-2 eggs, 1 cup of water, scallop, scallions, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil

  1. Put 4-6 pieces of scallops into warm water. Soak 4-6 pieces of scallop in warm water till soft. Mix the scallops and eggs together with some water in the stainless steel bowl.
  2. Place the stainless steel bowl back to the egg boiler.

Minced Meat Egg Custard

Ingredients

1-2 eggs, 1 cup of water, 20g minced meat, scallions, salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil
