Egg Custard Recipies with Yoei™ Egg Boiler
Pickles Custard
Ingredients
1-2 eggs, 1 cup of water, pickles, scallions, salt,
soy sauce, sesame oil

- Mix the eggs well and pour them into the stainless steel bowl. Add water and
mix well. Sprinkle the pickles into the egg mixture.
- Place the stainless steel bowl into the egg boiler.
- Add appropriate amount of water onto the heating plate, cover with the top cover,
plug in the power supply and turn the egg boiler on.
- The boiler will automatically power off and the indicator light will turn off after the
water on the heating plate is dried up.
- Add the soy sauce, salt in the steamed custard and put scallions sesame oil, etc
on top of the custard.
Creamy Ribs Egg Custard
Ingredients
1-2 eggs, 1 cup of water, small pork ribs, scallions,
salt, soy sauce, sesame oil

- Mix eggs well and pour them into the stainless steel bowl, add water and
mix well.
- Place the stainless bowl back to the egg boiler and add in the cooked small
ribs
- Add appropriate amount of water onto the heating plate, cover with the top
cover, plug in the power supply and turn the egg boiler on
- The boiler will automatically power off and the indicator light will turn off
after the water on the heating plate is dried up.
- Add the soy sauce, salt in the steamed custard and put scallions,
sesame oil, etc on top of the custard.
Shrimp Steamed Egg Custard
Ingredients
1-2 eggs, 1 cup of water, 5 cooked shrimps, fried
green beans, scallions, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil

- Mix eggs well and pour them into the stainless steel bowl, add water and
mix well.
- Place the stainless steel bowl back to the egg boiler and add in the shrimps
(cook the shrimps first until red). Then add the fried green beans.
- Add appropriate amount of water onto the heating plate, cover with the top
cover, plug in the power supply and turn the egg boiler on.

- Put 4-6 pieces of scallops into warm water. Soak 4-6 pieces of scallop in
warm water till soft. Mix the scallops and eggs together with some water
in the stainless steel bowl.
